I encountered a bug during The Waters of Life quest. Between the scene in the Rivet City science lab and Jefferson Memorial, something went wrong. James won't appear anywhere outside or inside of Project Purity. When I first arrived at the Memorial, there was no one in front. Going inside, all of the scientists are there, except for James. I looked in the basemant, rotunda, outside... nothing. I tried doing a cache reset, I tried ditching my follower, killing/knocking unconscious all of the scientists, pressing buttons in the control room... All of the mutants in the area were killed earlier, and there are no bodies blocking any entrances... I've tried a lot of things, and no luck so far. I tried searching, and I don't see that anyone else has run into this problem? I don't have an old save and I'd hate to stop playing the game because I can't advance the plot. Someone help please? Thank you.
