I downloaded THE PITT content earlier today, and i haven't been able to start it. I've been waiting aroung in the Capital Wasteland for a while, and the radio thing hasn't popped up yet. I've read that you can be any where in the game to start it, but I've also read that you have to be inbetween the vault escape and the final quest to start it. HELP!!!
