I've searced this forum and I didn't really find anything that answered my question. I have all 5 DLC's for FO3 on my xbox HDD. When I play offline, usually 2-3 will disappear and I would have to connect back to XBL and download them again. Why can't I play these DLC's offline?

I have switched HDD's before, going from a 20 gig to a 120 gig, however this problem was happening BEFORE the HDD switich. I have never changed GT's.
