Somewhat like a great Aetherical spirit-mass whirling around Mundus at a speed of 1008 Vehk-Years.

I'd assume something like Akatosh, since they are twins and the same person, or something like that. TES lore confuses me sometimes...okay most of the time. Damn you CHIM!

Not that I know of. Generally the "gods" in the Imperial pantheon tend to look either elvish or human in appearance (according to the mortal produced art that we've seen.) Though it's important to remember- as is the case with the Daedra Lords- in all liklihood they can probably take whatever form they wish.

His avatars on Tamriel have typically been either Imperial (Wulf) or Nordic (Wulfharth). Tiber Septim's (who could be argued to be another avatar) racial background is debatable, I think, but possibly he was Nordic to begin with (pre "Tiber Septim" name being Hjalti Early-Beard,) though other references claim he was from other places.

It might not be too much of a stretch to assume that if Lorkhan was- himself- to take a form, he would in all likelihood take the appearance of a human.

Isnt he supposed to look something like this? (or is this just his symbol or something?)

That's a Dwemeri scarab. The scarab was supposed to represent something something blah blah that was, in effect, kind of the closest thing the Dwemer had to representing a concept like CHIM. sort of kind of a symbol of unfolding the mystery of life, the universe and everything (42) which the Dwemer attempted to do by tapping Lorkhan's heart.

In other words, no.

And boy howdy, didn't that just work out great for them?

Wow...I'll never look at a scarab beetle the same again.

Ironically, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy was on Tv last might :D

That would be his Pelinal Whitestrake incarnation.

The appearance of a god typically depends on it's worshipers. When it comes to Lorkhan he'd have the imagery that identify a trickster (snake) or an inspiration (bloody covered warrior). Or if he's differently associated in more foreign cultures, he'll look like that.

Not that different from reallity really.

I picture him as Akhulakhan, but that's just the way Voryn Dagoth and the Dwemer pictured him, and it's a cool enough physical form for him.

Nu-man. The concept you're thinking of is the Nu-man.

The scarab also represents Shezarr. He doesn't look like it, it just represents him often.

Lorkhan is a kettle, pouring the divine limits of self-realization into existence and making one nice cup of tea in the process.
