Get the $30 one. Forget the expansions, they're nothing compared to mods you'll find on the Nexus and other mod sites. You can find much better and much more rewarding quests from mod sites.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you should have visited the Oblivions forums before buying it. From http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/561101-unofficial-technical-faq/ at the top of the Hardware and Support forum:

Intel graphic chips:

The Intel 965 Express and above chipsets seem to be capable of running the game with the latest drivers (enables Hardware T&L), but don't expect great performance. HERE is a thread that may help you if you own this specific chip amd are having problems.

Possible workaround is Oldblivion with the Intel 9xx IGPs lower than the 965...good luck is all I have to say in that regard. Research the Oldblivion forums for your specific chipset for some hopeful solutions.

For Intel 8xx IGPs, forget it.

Maybe they have something up their sleeves to help with Oldblivion but...
Good luck.

Yeah whenever i open it there is a little black box that comes up and then i get an error report that i dont send.
But atleast ill have it for later when i get a better computer

Should have bought it on disc instead too. It's always better to buy a disc instead of a download. In my opinion.

You still haven't told me your specs. I want to know. How can anybody help you if you don't tell us your specs. Did you in another thread maybe? I gather that you don't have a good computer, but I would like to see what you've got.

If you do have/get a good PC capable of running them it's worth it. Oblivion and Fallout 3 can be absolutely stunning when the graphics are turned up.

You were given a proper answer in your other thread.

You don't need two threads to tell you that your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for the game and that that is the cause of your problem, or that it is a model that cannot reasonably be upgraded.

We can close this one. Followups to http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1086779-wondering-about-my-computer/
