can't move objects in render window

I was working on a mod in the CS and something must have happened because now when I load the mod to work on it, I can't move any object (or select it by clicking on it). I can select by lasso'ing an object but still can't move it and the arrow doesn't change. All the other cells work fine so it seems confined to my mods 4 cells (an island). Anyone know how to fix this? Or even what the heck happened.

SOLVED!!!

Here's how I tracked down the problem:

First I opened the mod in Enchanted Editor and deleted everything but Cell related entries (LAND, REGIONS, JENNIFER LOPEZ etc) with extreme prejudice. When I loaded the mod in to the CS, then loaded one of the mods cells. I saw that I once again had my handy arrow with a plus sign indicating that I can move/select/edit objects again! (After much random testing finally some progress!)
Second Now knowing it's wasn't a land/cell related issue, I used the Div/2 method of isolating the culprit. That is I Deleted half of the other entries and checked if it worked. If it did, I reloaded the mod and then apply same method to just that half till I got the troublemaker cornered. If it didn't work I ruled out that half and tried the same with the other half. Before long, I found it was the LIGHT entries. When I deleted all those, it worked fine (except now NPCs couldn't see and keep bumping into walls).
Third Now I repeated the Div/2 method with the LIGHTS. This envolved several reloads in Enchanted for deleting entries as well as the CS to test the results (not mention clutting up my data folder with test variants of the mod). Final I found my nemesis, Tikitorches. I knew Hawaii had something to do with it!
Fourth I tried editing their info in the CS to see if it would "fix" itself (haha foolish me). It did not. But I did discover, that of the two cells that contained the item, they only showed up visibly in one of them. If I double clicked on the item entries in the cell list window, the render window would go gray and not come back till I select another (non-broken) item. I checked in Enchanted and after an half an hour of not noticing a huge glaring discreprency with the numbers (like some weird Waldo puzzle). Finally, I saw it.....and it made since ...at little.

CAUSE
The error occured while I was terraforming the mod, I was working on. Mostly done with the land, I had one last part to do (the two cells with the torches). I had "lifted" all the objects up in the air to have a better access to the land without obstacles and also to not bury anything. Apparently, when I went to drop them back down, somehow the CS reassigned the Z axis of 10 of the 11 torches in that one cell. When I checked in Enchanted, the average Z axis for items in the cell (and the neighboring cell was 300ish. Now the Z axis for those torches has become 30 Trillion!!!

FIX
To fix it, I went into Enchanted and manually changed the 10 torches Z-axis back to a reasonable number (I.E not resembling the national debt). Load the mod, and BINGO! it worked again. Only lost two days on this one.

I thought I'd share my experience in case anyone else experiences this.
