Ok, so I started this in another topic. I have the 10mm pistol mods set up, and I'm trying to get good recipes for them. However, I DON'T want to have extended subsystems of breaking down weapons to their base parts that WILL get done by another mod for different purposes resulting in having two mostly similar weapon magazine items that can't be used interchangeably. I'm also planning on having the recipes be about mid-range in terms of materials, but making the schamatics that you need for the recipes either really expensive or hard to get to.

Current Recipes - 10mm Pistol Mods

Extended mags
2 scrap metal
25 normal 10mm bullets
_{Notes: I'm really not to happy with this recipe, both the amount of materials required and the materials themselves}

Laser sight
1 scrap metal
1 scrap electronics
1 shot glass (To help focus the laser, since it's thrown together from various parts it's not really using the same design as a normal laser sight)
1 Glassfitting Kit, a new item that isn't consumed by the recipe.
_{Notes: A Glassfitting kit requires 1 Deathclaw hand (They can cut through armor easily, why not glass?), 20 Wonderglues (What I see as more someone could feasibly use), 1 pair of tweezers (For precision placement) and 1 scalpel (For precision cutting). It weighs 27 pounds/kilograms/unmentioned weight/size units, and it's also not going to be the only tool-type item.}

Suggestion: how about adding a hammer for some of the recipes? It would work like the Glassfitting Kit, it wouldn't get used but you need it to craft the mods.

Silencers in real life consist of a hollow metal tube with a threaded end. The threaded end screws onto similar threads on the end of the gun barrel. The inside of the metal tube is filled with, well a metal shape basically. It varies from model to model but its designed with CAD programs and pressure modeling software to efficiently distribute the expanding exhaust gas around the inside of the silencer. Obviously there is a clear path through the whole device for the bullet too. Generally they can also be filled with liquid to increase their effectiveness.

Add a bobby pin and either a camera or egg timer for the spring.
