I've never been one blessed with good timing. I reached the level cap in New Vegas the day after PSN went down. Now I can't get Dead Money and I am NOT going to continue my game until I can make my xp count. Is there any other way I can get Dead Money with the PSN down?

You're stuck with the rest of us. If the Sony lawsuit over the hacking of a PS3 tells us anything it's that we'll never have the access and control over the console that Xbox or PC gamers have. I wouldn't hold your breath on any other options other than the PSN...and who knows when it's going to be back up and running.

If you get really bored I'd recommend creating another character. By the time I can buy the dlc I will have around 9 characters to use (I've had nothing else to do while failing to find a job for the summer).
