Game won't load - what is wrong?

Hi all,

I have got a lot of mods, but my Oblivion game won't load. Could someone look at my load order at tell me what is conflicting, my BOSS report is below:

You're missing LAME and FCOM_Cobl. Download those first and see what happens

The entire mod. Your using only add-ons from RBP which requires a full LAME installation.

I have re-downloaded LAME from http://theelderscrolls.info/?go=dlfile&fileid=219 and put the core files and reccomended modules in Oblivion/data to, followed by running BOSS, re-building my patch, and running BOSS again, to no avail. BOSS now says:

Does anyone know what is wrong as I don't even know if I have changed anything. Better install instructions or an alternative download link if that is at fault would be welcome.

Have you checked that this is the case?

Also, did you deactivate your "Cobl Filter Late MERGE ONLY.esp"?

Besides that, I don't see a LAME.esp. I don't know if you have to have one, though

If you "bash change" LAME to not require the 1.2 patch, your game will crash.

Do you have Windows 7/Vista or XP?

If Windows 7/Vista, the .ini is under \My Documents\My Games\Oblivion
If Windows XP, the .ini is under C:\Documents and Settings\***Your User Name***\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion

The only file there named 'Oblivion' is not showing an extension and is listed as a 'Configuration Settings' file. I assume that is what we want, if so this is its contents:
