i need help with fallout 2. i try complete fast. but i stuck on tanker san fracisco. i try set off,but not happen. i use falche 2. all stats is 10. what i need to do?

Get the Tanker FOB from Navarro and refuel the ship.

You'd also need Navcomp parts from V13 in addition to the above.

OR: Dont get any of those... Instead Play as a stupid character/take your Intel below 3 by using Psycho and go see AHS-9. If you complete a quest for him, he will repair and refuel the tanker for you (this is the speedrun way)
