thats the one i downlaod but it wont show up on my game i also have the white wolf of loken castle mod on will that interfear with the bridge mod?

Yes. IIRC, the two occupy some of the same exterior cells, so they will conflict. I don't think there's a patch available...you'll have to choose one or the other, or try moving one with TESFaith.
