Weird graphical artifacts

I'm getting these weird streaks in the sky, sometimes bars, sometimes little spiky things... They happen when I turn the camera around, usually centered close to the crosshairs.
At first I thought it was a hardware issue, but every other game is running fine with no artifacts.
The ONLY change I've made to morrowind since it was last working correctly is that I upgraded to the lastest version of MGE. The only error messages I've gotten anywhere in the process is this:

I'm not sure if thats the cause or not... I'm not even sure which mod is using those nif files.

I guess there's some functions in the new MGE that don't use some of the functions used in MWSE, and some mods that might require them may not work as well or at all in some cases. Not sure if this is the problem here, but who knows.

Hm, could be possible.. I had it working before, could an MGE official mention if there were any functions removed between rev 118 and 126?

Oh, I should also note that the artifacts draw over ONLY the sky. they go behind trees and mountains.

Try unchecking "Supply shaders with depth info" in MGE.

aha that did indeed get rid of em, thanks!
It did of course break several shaders as to be expected...
any idea why the depth info is causing that? any way to fix it?

It seems to be a problem with later revs. Reverting back to r118 allowed depth info to work fine without any artifacts.

hm, switched to rev 120 and turned depth back on, got rid of the artifacts but now DOF and water caustics are not working :(
Oh well guess I'll just wait for the next version, thanks for the info :D
