Hi, I have two computers my gaming computer and my laptop. I would like to be able to make an omod on my laptop so it doesnt slow down my computer is it possible to do this without installing oblivion on my laptop?

If OBMM will run without Oblivion installed, then it should be possible. Building an OMOD doesn't actually use Oblivion for anythign.

Haven't tried it myself, though.

it wont run unless its in oblivions directory which doesnt exist. I am just going to download the source and build my own. thanks for the reply though.
