Interior Cell missing?

Post » Thu Dec 31, 2009 10:32 am

I'm working on a mod, and when I enter a certain cell, the interior cell is missing. It does show up in the Construction Set. I'm tried cleaning the mod cell with Morrowind Enchanted editor, and I've used Wrye Mash and TESAME, and still the same thing. I even started with a new character and entered the same cell and same thing.

I'd appreciate it if you could offer me some help as to what's going on.

Thanks in Advanced,

Galadriel

All I can think of is are you at the same place in your cell as all the other contents are? Try writing down a few of the objects' coordinates in CS and compare them to your own position in-game. (You can determine you own coordinates by entering player->getpos into the console followed by the axis of your choice. E.g. player->getpos x)

I did the player-> getpos x thing, and I got "playerf->getpos x 3788.40"

The position of the doormarker of the cave is

3776.000
3136.000
192.000

What happened, and what can I do to get it back like it's supposed to be?

Thanks in Advance,

Something you might look at the first is the spelling of the cell name. In the CS find the door that takes you into this cell and double click it. Then click on the door marker button and see if that loads up the correct cell. I had a similar problem ounce when I changed the name of the cell for my house mod but didn't update the door. So the door took the player to "Orutus Cavern" but the cell was actually "Orrutus Cavern" or the other way around.

I tried the thing you just suggested, and everything seems ok. I might reinstall the Morrowing program to see if it was a software glitch.

The x-co-ordinate seems to match up, but do the others match up as well?
