To be fair, Vance was in Fallout 3 before the whole "OMG FANGIRL TWILIGHT" stuff started. (at least before it got really bad, in my opinion, what with the movie and all)

But yeah...I don't think I've ever let him live....

Well I thought they were O.k. I let them live off blood packs, that way I can use them for health.
