I know that there is a consal command for this but I can not rember what it is, Can any one help me?

I'm not sure if the command to raise Intelligence raises Magicka, you may have to level up for the change to occur. Also, I have head the command that increases Magicka is buggy and doesn't let you increase skills anymore.

For less potentially buggy results, try these options:

If you have progressed far enough into the main quest, you can get a "Fortify Intelligence" Sigil Stone from closing an Oblivion Gate.

You can also look for rings/amulets/other items with a "Fortify Intelligence" enchantment in the containers inside the many dungons/ruins/caves throughout Cyrodill.

Just enchant everything with +50 magicka sigil stones and you'll be set.
I'm trying it on my wood elf mystic archer atm and he's close to 600+ magicka.

player.setAV Magicka 1000

You can replace 1000 with any number you want.
