but if bethesda is monitoring their boards, these are some after patch things i've found:
the game crashed when i opened the door to the mirror field at helios one. twice.
after a third attempt, i made it into the field, and then it started getting choppy and jumpy. that soon ironed itself out, only to have the sound get super screwy (technical term) and sound like someone was hitting mute and un-mute repeatedly. then it just crashed again.
the arms raising to the top of the screen thing is still happening.
npc's occasionally just walk knee deep in the ground. which is fun, but then they can't get anywhere you need them to. (example: not too much of a spoiler.. the captain in the office park doing his duty with me as back-up, couldn't get into the building he was heading toward because he was stuck.)
i found a radscorpion pinned vertically to a rock, still alive. it was neat because i thought maybe the legion crucified a radscorp, but then it started crawling down into the ground.
and once out of every.. maybe 15 times, i'll be in vats and my guy won't shoot a single shot, which results in never coming out of vats. he just stands there until he gets shot to death, taking it like a champ. albeit in slow-mo, which looks funny.. but annoying if i'm in the waste and haven't auto-saved or manually saved in a good stretch. i understand a good fix for this is to manually save more, but i shouldn't *have* to rely on saving for a game not to glitch me literally to death.

on the other side, i have found that, in the open world, the environment does load faster, load times between fast travel and opening up places has sped up, and my blocking within the environment hasn't been an issue. and i haven't (pre-patch or otherwise) had any save issues.
