I don't know if it is the same with all head .NIFs but I am trying to edit the Orc Male head 1 and when I move somthing and go to look at it It just moves back, Why is this? Can I make it let me edit it?

Found a way around it, I Duplicate the Model then delete the old one, it lets me edit the new one, but its almost as if the new one times out cause eventually it wont le tme edit it again, so i ahve to keep duping and deleting.

When you import the head don't import the animations.

Let me guess, you're using Blender?
