The quest I am referring to is Fallout's typical tip of the hat to cannibalism, "Beyond the Beef". I managed to extract Ted via drugging the guests without an issue, but whenever I attempt to complete the quest WITHOUT feeding the cannibals a human meal, I can't seem to make it work. There is a schematic for beef wellington ( (b^_^)b Gordon Ramsey) sitting on the counter within the main kitchen in the basemant, but I have no idea if that is supposed to be the 'human substitute'.

Additionally, I cannot for the life of me find the chef, Phillippe, anywhere. He's never in the banquet hall, that I can tell, nor ever actually IN the kitchen cooking anything. What the balls?
