ok is Mr.House good or a bad karma character? and if you keep the chip does the robots still upgrade and if you kill Mr.House do you get any unique clothing or gun??

Yes, you can upgrade the robots if you keep the chip. No, killing House doesn't give you anything as far as I know.

I think Mr.House is a karma neutral character, possibly bad. If you keep the chip you work for Yes Man, and he takes the place of mr house. You don't really get anything unique for killing House, but it is an objective for almost every faction, so I'm not entirely sure.
