Okay so I have an optional thing to see Major Elizabeth Kirian or something like that. Where is she?

Sorry to dig this topic up but I have the same question. I think I found the place, its around back of some rubble but there's two guards guarding it and they keep asking for a password or I have to pass a speech check which I am no where close to. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Do I need to talk to the two stupid missionaries first and prove to them I'm a NCR citizen? If so where would I learn that info. Thanks.

If you can't pass the speech check then you need to talk to the missionaries in order to learn the passcode. You should be able to find the info to pass it in the game, but if you can't the answers are: Tandi, Shady Sands, Two headed bear.
