What other rpgs has criticals, poison, stealing, and daggers similar to oblivion? And besides fallout 3, I'm not that fond of guns.

Most online games. World of Warcraft and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes are two titles that come to my mind.

Morrowind has no poison though. Unless you count drinking poison yourself or casting poison spells... Not the weapon poisoning.
