So I'm near the end of Fallout. I've made it to the Hoover Damn and I've been put in charge of protecting the President. I've looked around for clues but cant find anything and I cant stop him from getting shot. Help please?

I couldn't find any clues (are there any?). To stop him from getting shot, start the ceremony, then go on top of the first dam tower. Someone will come and kill the ranger there, kill him, use the radio to call it in (optional?), and an engineer will storm the stage with a knife.

wut u need to to is talk to the guard near the fence to the right as soon as u go on the observation platform and get hiim to let u see the virtabird and theres a little something on it. after u fimd this special something bring it to the ranger in charge of the security detail.
