GT 530 1GB

Right, I've got my settings around medium, it's certainly playable, 40 - 55 outdoors, 60 indoors, but for some reason when I activate a single mod, my fps drops to 5, the weird thing is this happens with F3 too, and it doesn't matter what mod, it can be any. The mod I am running is "Better Game Performance V4"
The only other "mod" I'm running is the FNV4GB/NVSE EXE, and the FNV Configator.

As I said, this problem only occurs after activating that mod, I haven't tried to activate any other mod, but I'm sure the problem would still arise.

Any help would be REALLY appreciated.

EDIT: Just figured out it was both the FNV4GB and my mod. I disabled FNV4GB, and that didn't fix it, but then when I disabled the mod everything went back to normal, can anyone shed some light on this?
