I got banned from gambling in two casinos it was awesome : Fallout: New Vegas

I first got banned from the VInce and Vickie Casino for winning 2,000 dollars which was kinda low so I went into the ultra luxe and played black jack and ended up winning about 15,000 then they banned me from gambling there but they gave me a room. I pumped my luck up to 8 I'm going to gamble till I get banned from gambling everywhere.

It's an achievement I think. Anyways, make sure you cash in your caps before getting banned from the casino. Also take a break now and then to make sure you are awarded all the rewards before getting banned from gambling.

Now get banned from the Tops (win 10,000 chips) and the Gomorrah (9,000 chips) and you'll get the Courier Who Broke the Bank achievement.

Oh yeah. But it does give you the best reward out of all the casinos.

The achievement only covers half of the casinos. There's a lot of caps to be made if one fully utilizes all of them.

My favorite is Sierra Madre. Getting enough chips for 80 stimpaks every 3 days is awesome trading material.

I do well with 7. If you need more luck there is Lucky Shades in the Legion safehouse and Naughty Nightwear at Mick and Ralphs, both give +1 Luck. Also, you can get an implant for Luck or use the intense training perk for permanent increases

when you create a new character bump your luck up to 8 that will do it

Having 7 Luck seems to be the minimum to win more than you lose at the casinos, at least playing blackjack (I don't mess with the slots or roulette). With a Luck of 8, you'll be winning most of the time, and you'll find yourself getting kicked from the casinos pretty quickly.

I had 8 Luck (Nughty Nightwear, implant, intense training), and I broke Sierra Madre and Ultra-Luxe in no time.

Well, around 20 minutes in total, but it's still good.

Also, stay the hell away from anything but blackjack. That game is awesome, easy, and pays quite good. I mean, just live with the dealer's rule: draw till 16, stand on 17 or better. Depending on your luck, you can go double down or Split.

Luck does seem to be at least 7 to realistically have a chance of breaking the bank in each casino. I generally do it on the slots, although I like to play Blackjack sometimes. Roulette with high luck is just totally unrealistic, the way it throws money at you....

I'm bad at Black Jack in this game.

I stick to roulette. I seem to be very good at winning. But the way I play, I end up winning at a slow pace. Slow earnings but guaranteed earnings! :biggrin:
