Wondering how many players use Intense Training?

Most people who put "Perfect Character" builds on the internet are either using console commands, or a ton of skill books.

So Endurance, Luck and Agility are really the only ones that seem to constantly add direct benefit.

I kinda went that way, but Luck at 7 is probably overkill. Almost impossible to lose at blackjack.
I really wanted INT higher, as that is a good skill check option for Dead Money story/dialog. I also would go more INT next time for skill points. I went with STR too and really don't think it's all that great. I have too many Action Points and they regen fast because i took FO3 style perks early on. Level 30+ you simply don't need all that AP anymore.

AP was great when I was low level and fighting Deathclaws.

I use it only at the very beginning of the game if there are no perks I want/need. I like having 10 endurance so its suits me fine. Since I don't ever make my luck stat higher than 2 (with implant) and now learn that I can play the game normally with 1 charisma I my stats are too my liking and my play style. I use a glitch with the Sierra Madre vending machines to increase my agility well over it's cap (I think currently its at like + 18?) So that helps tremendously with reload/weapon drawing speed. But back to the topic, yes, I do typically take one or two ranks of it early on.
