Well I just finished the War Head Hunter Achievement and as I go back into my sweet Raul is hostile and goes to a wall. He's not attacking anyone and eventually my other followers inside the Lucky 38 kills him. So does anyone know why this happens?

Did you assault a woman or otherwise treat her inappropriately?

Raul's an old man, a really old man, and he probably just needed to let off some steam.

The only thing I can think of is that you accidentally did real damage to him.

If you're on pc, open the console, target him on the console, and type "resurrection". It might help.

That is weird.

Maybe you hit him by accident or something while he was'nt a companion.
And it's a delayed reaction.
Maybe when you left you hit him and made him angry and it did'nt show up as you were going through the door, and you only noticed now because you came back.

Sounds like the bug, which I've never seen and could be fixed, were ED-E frenzies for no reason and the companions all fight him till he explodes.

If Raul had any perks added to him that would take it off. As well as any items on him, that he didn't start with, disappearing. I'd rather use stopcombat on him or at least tcai (toggle combat ai) till you find a way to settle him down while your near him.

I'm on the console. Also it is similar to the ED-E glitch. I dismissed him before I went to the Divide for the 3rd time.
