The magazine might be ok with us having scans in 1 months time as they will have made their money from sales of the magazine ? Perhaps it may be worth contacting them as it seems a reasonable request as otherwise we may never get to see the article .

Tamriel Rebuilt - the most ambitious mod project for Morrowind ever conceived.

What about Province: Cyrodiil and S:HotN? They're pretty ambitious. I mean, they want to recreate entire provinces. With almost entirely new models.

One could argue when TR was conceived the plan was to recreate all of Tamriel

They are ambitious but TR is probably the longest running fan mod for the ES series now, seeing how its founding was before Morrowind.
