Are there any tutorials out there to make dead drop style kill the target quests like in the Dark Brotherhood?

There are plenty of http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/Portal:Quests on how to make a quest, but you'll probably never find one specific enough to be like the DB quests.
However, once you understand how quests work, you can achieve the same thing.
