I've posted this about a month ago and no one answered so I'm posting it again. I didn't install or change anything at one time. I was a sheogoraths palace, where I was about to cast spells and then fast traveled to Split. There I encountered an enemies in another area I was traveling to and could not cast spells. Now all of my saves can't cast spells. Neither can any new games cast spells. It just won't. I press the buttom and my char just sits there and does nothing. Any help?
