The gameplay sure was exiting, im loving the look of it. Just remember everyone, it's only an early build so certain things will change throughout development, for example the HUD, enemies, and environment colour tones were quite different in Crysis 2 early alpha builds compared to final release.
As for the AI I agree with Ceph_Gabriel it's really quite good, especially for maneuvering around huge environments. They will respond to things like when you come out of cloak or throw objects, they'll hide behind cover, communicate with allies, when they see a dead enemy they will scout out the area, etc, a lot of the stuff they did in Crysis 1 and 2 but they're continually improving on it.
The AI will also become more challenging when you up the difficulty, by usually inflicting more damage upon you. As Crazyfist mentioned this gameplay demo was probably played on an equivalant 'easy' mode, so don't worry about it being too easy, you'll have a difficulty choice.
looks really cool
it would be awesome if crytek uses all the abilities of their engine of physics and let us destroy us everything
that would raise gaming to a whole new level
That reminds me of a video I saw about a team called BeamNG who are implementing their own soft body physics into Cryengine 3. I saw it posted on the Crydev Facebook page and it's amazing!
Wouldn't it be awesome to have a car with soft body physics like this drivable in Crysis 3?
