I can't install Morrowind anymore : III

So, as my CS got busted, and I couldn't find anything to fix it I decided for complete reinstall. However, I can't install Morrowind anymore, InstallShield Wizard bar goes to about half, and then stops and I get error message saying:

An installation support file 'C:/DOCUME~1/Chaka/Locals~1/Temp/{055A1919-3BBA-4BD5-8B3C-3851879AC185}/bbrd5.bmp' could not be installed.

Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

What's that all about? Please help, CS is very important to me

I also tried closing all working programs and removing every bit of what left from after installing Morrowind. What's preventing that something to be installed?? :banghead:
