Enclave Radio: How can you say that we were godmodding? I gave Aussie permission to do that because you completely stuffed up my RP! I had ideas for this and you completely stuffed it all, I'm sorry, but even if you want to, I will not allow you to post in this again, apologies.

Aussie Made: I understand what you did, but you had no reason to put in so much OOC, I don't even know if this will be allowed if none of it is OOC which it won't be, *Sigh*.

Last, Best, Hope of Humanity: What I said to Aussie, and you kind of did do what you did without asking me... But, it doesn't matter now does it anyway? *Sigh*

Edit: Guys... I don't know anymore, if this is worth it to keep going, I had my whole RP that I wanted to be great stuff up completely in my face... *Sigh*... Okay, if you want me to keep this going, PM me, one day to PM me about it guys. Oh and Rohugh please don't close this, I understand it's kind of not something I should do, but this is important and I need to know whether this is worth it or not.

I've tried to put work into this guys, but obviously, it hasn't worked, no matter what lengths I went to it didn't work... And I'm not one to just kill people y'know? So, if I start again I'm gonna be bending my own rules... Maybe... Oh and Enclave? If it would please you? Please don't send hate PM's to me, I really don't appreciate it.

OOC: Okay guys, sorry about the double post but it is kind of needed, . Anyway, after much thought and reading, I've decided to keep this going, screw it, it seems that you guys like it and I can't just stuff it over like that. If you don't want to do it, just tell me and it's fine, I can find some way to keep your character going or just kill them... Whichever you prefer, anyway, onto the 4th and final thread!

This was it, I couldn't take it anymore, I scowled as I looked at Dakayev, he was a part of the problems in my head, I realised some words that had been spoken to me by one of my superiors, One person in your squad will be different, end him, and that will stop the changing in your head, he will betray you, we are sure of it. I scowled again as I looked at Dakayev, I spoke, "You've betrayed me, the people who were supposed to be your allies, even the Invisible Faction!"

I laughed, "Well, to spare you a lot of pain, I'm going to do this," I slung my rifle off my back, "Goodbye Dakayev, have fun in whatever place you'll go to." I aimed at him and pulled the trigger, I saw the bullet fly from the barrel, through the bars of the cage and into Dakayev's head, it left a gaping hole and he fell backwards from his kneeling position. I pulled back the bolt, loaded another bullet into it and pushed the bolt forward, I scowled, bastard, I thought.

I looked around as people looked at me, I laughed a little, "Well, he payed his price, please don't follow his example," I moved to the right one step, "Oh and if you want, you can shoot his corpse a little." I moved off to a wall and leant against it, closing my eyes.

As I was getting my stuff ready, I a shot rang out, it was quite loud so it had to be close. I began to fear the worst, that thing had reached the citadel and was killing what was left of us. I grabbed my plasma rifle and put my armour back on. I ducked and weaved through the soldiers, praying, just praying that no-one was dead, yet anyway. I reached the courtyard to see a crowd around the cage that Dakayev was being held in. I heard more shots. Damn, he's escaped, I thought to myself as I ran over with my gun loaded. My only thought was to keep Sarah safe.

As I got closer I could see that it was some of the Brothers putting rounds into Dakayev's lifeless body. Ryan was standing next to the cage with his gun in his hand.

"What are you soldiers doing? We are going to need every round of ammunition we can get, besides we are not monsters, do not sink to the level of Dakayev and the Invisible Faction. Bury his body, next to the outer wall, where the I:F first attacked. That is an order!" I looked around as some of the men hung their heads. Other left, while a few went in the cage and carried the man's body away. I walked over to Ryan and sighed.

"Thank you Ryan, I feared that my revenge and hate may one day get the better of me. I know I said I would end him but I'm glad you did, you've stopped me from becoming everything I stand against," I extended my arm out and offered a hand shake, "Thank you Ryan."

I smiled as I looked at Andy, I extended my hand and shook his, "Andy, I didn't have a choice, he's done too much to us, and I realised something, after what he did to Sarah... He deserved to have that done to him, he wasn't always a bad man... But he didn't deserve to live anymore in my eyes. You never would've had to have been the one to kill him, trust me, he was an important part of who I am, and without him..." I trailed off, thinking, what was he a part of?

I kept thinking on it and I dropped Andy's hand, I gave him a quick grin, "Come on, I think this rain isn't going to hold away for long, let's get inside and get ready, the time for war has only just started my friend." I looked back on our first memory, the one of myself on the roof... I smiled at it, "Andy, you remember when you were trying to kill me that time I accidentally shot that Initiate? I'm sorry about that, I wasn't a man back then... I was just a killer, but something's changed now."

I smiled a wider smile, "I found someone who cared about me, I found someone who almost died for me, but the best thing, was that I found someone that I know if the situation had been different, would've been a great friend to me. Not to say that you aren't now, but I wish it was under different circumstances, not this war, that's torn us all apart, look what it's driven us to, killing old friends and waiting to find out our fates." I scowled a little, the past was the past.

I let my face go into it's neutral state, "If you have anything to say Andy, now is the time, I don't know if we'll ever have another time like this again."

"I'm not sure there is anything else to say, Ryan. This could either be the end or the beginning. If we loose this fight, than all hope is lost and the world is doomed. If we win, it's a small start and victory is a seemly impossible target. Forget about our errors that plague the past, let us look to the future and hope, for hope is all we really have. Come let us finish this, the final battle for the capital wasteland is about to be fought, let's rally the team and move out," I nodded towards Ryan and looked up in the sky.

"Watch over all of us Dad, keep us safe," I thought to myself before letting out a loud sigh and moving on.

"Just tell me what we need to do in order to defeat this android or cyborg or what ever the damn thing is."

I shook my head, "There is only one way to kill it, and that way is the hardest, I have the best chance, when the time comes, you have to let me fight him, he's more resilient than the most powerful of things... We have the same strengths and weaknesses, but he doesn't have emotion, while I do, that's his one flaw, and that's where I'm going to get him, the fool is not a human, but not a robot, more like a cloned super soldier I guess you could say..."

I trailed off and looked at the sky, looking at what seemed to be rain forming. I smiled lightly, "Come on Andy, we need to get ready, you talk to Elder Lyons, get something set up so I can talk to everyone, only I can explain this thing, or I hope I can anyway. Let's finish this up, end this thing and the Invisible Faction in one blow, they know we're coming, so this won't go on much longer, we don't have time anymore." I grimaced.

I looked out to the West, "They'll be arriving soon, then we will have to strike when they least expect it, but before that, I'll need to arrange some things with my system... Go, quickly, to Owyn, explain to him the situation while I do something that I should've done long ago." I moved a step from him and waited to see what he would do.

I looked at Ryan for a second and then replied, "How about I go get him and you explain the situation, you've got a much better grasp on all of this than I do," I said as he nodded.

With that I was off to find Owyns, I knew where he was going to be but I couldn't face Sarah, I couldn't bare another tearful goodbye. I got to the door of the infirmary, I put my hand on the door knob but I couldn't bring myself to turn it. I grabbed a passing by Knight and asked him to get the Elder. I told him to say it was of the 'highest priority'. I also hoped he wouldn't ask why I didn't just come in myself. The young knight agreed and went off into the infirmary, I lent up against the wall and waited for Owyn.

It didn't take long but when the Elder came out his face so many different emotions.

"What's all this about Andy?" He asked.

"Well, Ryan has a few things he needed to explain, so I'm here to get you," I said nervously, the Elder nodded and we went off to the courtyard and waited for Ryan to tell us what was going on.

I looked at Andy, then Owyn, I nodded, then looked at a couple of Knights in the Courtyard that were just milling around. I yelled at one of them, "Hey, get everyone assembled here now! Please, hurry, it's important," he looked at me, "I'm serious!" He started and quickly ran into the Citadel. I sighed and waited for a couple of minutes, soon enough just about everyone in the Citadel was crammed into the Courtyard. I moved to the center where there was a small gap.

Beside me were Andy and Owyn, I nodded at them and looked out, "Members of the Brotherhood of Steel! As you've guessed, terrible times are upon us, with a war looming that threatens to destroy the Wastes after everything you've done. We cannot allow this to happen, within the next day, we'll have to have destroyed the Invisible Faction, or there will be nothing left of the Wastes... But a giant hole. We cannot allow them to do that to us, I will not allow that to happen."

I took a short breath, "I have a plan, that should work, all I need every one of you to do, is to attack the Faction's army from behind, hopefully distracting them, within a short amount of time I should be able to get into their systems and set off their weapon, this should take out their army but spare ours if I do it correctly. We'll only have one chance, this isn't anything like any of you would have experienced, this is more than war, this will be a slaughter if we don't do this RIGHT."

I sighed, "There is nothing else we can do, prepare your equipment, we leave within the next 4 hours, we cannot waste any more time. This will decide all of your fates, your families and your friends, be ready for anything men, and don't forget, this will not end well." I stepped back a step and just waved my hand, some of the soldiers started to talk, others walked off, some yelled, some stood there stunned. I sighed, this would not end well.

Henry lugged around his .50 caliber MG and listened to the speech. Well, with any luck victory would come to them that day. Right after it there was a chorus of "SIR YES SIR" and all the troops saluted. Everyone knew the risks at hand, even those who were just standing there stunned knew, that there was no way of survival unless they were more disciplined and organized than their enemy. Henry called together his fireteam and assured them that no one under his command would die today as long as they followed his orders without question and without hesitation. "May Steel be with you."

Andrew came out of the Citadel Armory, having replaced his 10mm submachine gun for an Assault Rifle. Surveying the body of Dakayev as it was being carried away he said, "Good riddance, the Wasteland is rid of one more bastard." Andrew then stood next to Henry and waited for further orders while saying, "I hope this thing goes well, otherwise, we're all doomed." Looking into the sky, Andrew actually saw a flash of lightning as the rain poured. He said, "I've never seen rain before until today, it's kind of magical in its own way."

Nate was sitting down on the sodden grass, listening to Andrei's speech.

Why is he so pecimistic? Things don't always have to take a turn for the worst, even if it seems that way. I guess he doesn't believe in happy endings... although I can't say I blame him...

A loud crack echoed through the sky, Nate quickly turned his head, seeing an enormous beam of light lunging downwards, towards the ground.

"Wow..." Nate muttered, still looking towards the position that the beam of light had just been.

He stood up and watched all the armor clad troops scurry for their equipment. The sky and the clouds were a dark gray, and they were surrounded by a very gloomy environment. Nate's clothes were dripping with rainwater, and with each step he took, his shoes sunk further down into the muddy earth. Nate didn't care what Andrei said, they were going to win this battle, and it would be a glorious victory. This was not the end, this was simply the prologue, to another bloody chapter of human history.

Ashley had watched the excecution of Dakayev with mixed feelings. Yes he was a murderous psycho with hardly any morals, but to be shot down defenceless while locked in a cage made her feel a tad uneasy. She looked away when the Brotherhood unloaded into him. It made her feel sick. Then she reflected on herself. Dakayev wasn't much different than herself. She'd killed innocents, unwillingly yes but she was a murderer all the same. She watched the blood of Dakayev become diluted as the rainwater washed over it.

Ash ran a hand through her sodden hair and shivered a bit whilst listening to Ryan's speech. She sighed a little and shuffled her feet. A lot of people were going to die in this battle. She was not sure whether her friends would, but the way Ryan spoke made her feel even more uneasy. She looked up when the clap of thunder sounded, looking at the flash of light. "I've been wondering a long time what rain is like... I've decided I don't like it." She half shouted over the sound of rain on metal.

Andrew overheard Ashley and said to her, "Funny, I find it cleansing, like all the blod and death is being washed away. It's also sort of sad at the same time." He then said, "I'm normally not this sentimental or openly poetic, but something about these couple of days has got me thinking."

Jugger was walking slowly through the hallways of the Citadel.
Trudging along, he ignored the people that avoided him, and found solace in the silence given to him.
He'd seen a lot of things in these past few days. Battles he'd never experienced before in his life.
He didn't have much of a past, didn't revel much in the present. The rush of adrenaline fighting had given him seemed to suddenly simmer down to a dull, misplaced anger. Nothing was as it used to be in his head. He never thought about the kind of people in the world like Dakayev and the other bloodthirsty warmongers of the Invisible Faction. He kept his prejudice on the battlefield, mostly. But now, he began to see the justice in what the Brotherhood was doing.
Even though the last fight had brought a curtain of intimidation around him, it also brought a strange feeling of accomplishment. He'd helped people in those golden hours, and was finally starting to feel damn proud of it.
He sighed from under his helmet, not sure where these strange instances of optimism were coming from.

He craned his neck and listened intently as Andy, the suspicious IF character the group picked up, started speaking.
The thought of cyborgs and massive wars filled Jugger with both dread and an instant readiness for action.
Without hesitating, he sprinted to the courtyard, shoving anyone out of his way as he started to pull his Flamer off his back.
This final, desperate battle might finally give him the revelation he's been gnawing at.
The rain bouncing off his armor made metallic sounds, announcing his presence as he slowed to a walk. The water falling from the sky seemed only to add to the penultimate feel of things.

Andrew turned and said, "Jugger, I see you're ready for battle."

Henry enjoyed the rain, for the same reason Andrew did, but now Henry knew that rain meant mud. "Its gonna be a lot harder to walk around without getting stuck in the mud, be careful. Like I said Andrew, we'll make out alive as long we fight as a team. Just remember your training and we'll be alright!" Henry prided himself on being an expert on tactics but he knew that sometimes it just came down to luck. Saying quietly to himself, "We'll make it, we must."

George began to run as fast as he could away from the Vault, struggling to move his legs as they slowed him down. Eventually, the pain from running so long got to him, and he fell. He breathed in and out extremely loud, and began to cry. As he cried, he stood back up, and screamed at the sky.

"Why? Why would you do this to me?"

He fell back down on his knees and began to cry more, yelling in the process. He thought of everything that had happened to him ever since this moment, of all the horrible things that happened to him, and all the horrible things that he did to others. His family slaughtered, torturing children, and assaulting innocent women, followed by killing them. He remembered all of their faces.

George got back up, and took out his pistol, "The Light". Turning the safety off, and reloading the weapon, George aimed it at his head. He spoke his final words quietly to himself

"May god have mercy on my corrupt and worthless soul."

Pulling the trigger, the plasma projectile from the pistol fired, and went through the head of George. His body fell back down to the dirt road quietly, as his hand let go of the pistol.

All of his memories played back, as he laid there, dead on the road. Then, everything finally went black.


((OOC: Well, sorry Francois. I'm up to my head in work, and could barely get the time to type this. I guess if I was going to leave, I didn't want George to live on. He was kind of a bad character anyways. :mellow: I hope the rest of you resolve your issues and can make this RP end with a good note. I'll try to hop on every now and then and check around the forums. But as of now, i'm just to busy. Sorry everybody, and best of luck to the rest of you. ))

I sighed and felt the rain drop onto my head, bringing my hair to fall onto my face and stay there, I gave a small smile and pushed it back, the time was closing in. I whispered to myself, "Well you bastards, you dragged me through hell to get here and bring hell, well, I wonder how you'll like hell when it comes knocking at your door instead." I scowled, turned around and walked very swiftly away from anyone and everyone else, as soon as I was sure I was alone I sat on a piece of rubble.

I pulled out my knife and took a short breath, this little tiny knife was the one thing I feared, I plunged it into my hand, pain flared up worse than when I'd shot myself in the lung. I moved the blade through my hand to make a square shape, I quickly started levering it until I felt something get caught, I quickly brought it up and out, I gasped with pain and I looked at my efforts. A small chip, beeping and flashing an ominous red light, I smiled lightly, I dropped it to the ground.

I brought my foot down on the contraption and heard it sizzle out, I laughed quietly, "Let's see you know what we're doing now you [censored]s." I quickly moved back towards the milling group of Soldiers, just far enough for anyone to think I'd just walked off a little bit. I looked up at the sky and noticed a bolt of lighting, then another, I grinned, it wasn't snow but at least it was better than striking sunlight. I wondered at what would cause the rain, I thought on it but nothing came to mind...

I shrugged and leant against the wall of the Citadel, I pulled my rifle off my back and started covering it, then wiping the water off of it. I went rummaging through my pockets until I manged to find a folded up cover, I quickly placed it over my weapon tightly and then strapped it back over my back, I didn't want it to jam during this, the biggest battle of my life. I scratched my head, realising what I'd just thought, it would be more than a physical battle, oh yes, this'd be worse.

For I'd be fighting with my mind as well.

Andrew said, "Funny, you normally seem rather pessimistic, Henry. I wouldn't peg you for a motivational speaker."

"Hey, I don't do speeches but I know that unless we we all do our best we are all dead." Henry looked over and saw Ryan doing something by himself. The he saw him stab his knife into his hand and dig something out. "Wow, that guy confuses me sometimes, I definitely don't think that he's completely sane." Henry went into his bags and took out some stale mirelurk cakes. He tosses one to Andrew and said "Here, eat up, you'll need the energy. I doubt we'll get another chance to eat in a long time." Henry munched on his cake that tasted surprisingly good, considering the fact that it was sitting in his bag ever since he had ordered them at Rivet city two month ago while he was on leave. This could be my last meal

Andrew caught the Mirelurk Cake and started chowning down. He said, "You're right, I do doubt Ryan's sanity at times, but he's decent and our best hope for defeatng the Invisible Faction."
