I've been looking through some articles online and i know you can mod the Xbox 360. And some friends at school have told me that they've modded their Xbox 360s and I have seen youtube videos with them.

So what i was wanting to know could you do the same for the PS3? Is there anyway I could mod fallout on the PS3 like they do for the Xbox 360, like plugging the disk into my harddrive or something like that.
