I'm running a lot of mods (including fcom, it may be OOO or something) and my new character with 45 speed in he prison (just started xD) is way too fast how can I make a mod to reduce this? Is there any existing mod that does this already?

Also, is there any mod that makes the new monsters added by MMM or OOO summonable? Not just by you, but by the other npc also.
