i now finished the quest Sock Value, and optimal quest is to go talk with Scribe Vallincourt and she will gives me the DeathClaw mind controller,
but theres is a little problem - I CANT FIND Scribe Vallincourt AT ALL!
I Search in all the places and I just cant find her.

any helps?

She's usually in one of the little rooms off the Citadel laboratory. I've found her several times hanging out in the storeroom there.

Yeah, sometimes they go off and hide somewhere no one would ever find them. I often have trouble finding Paladin Tristan...

Just keep looking, or go to where they said she would be, and wait a couple hours, or leave, wait and come back.

Argh, I just search in all of the town, wait alot of hour inside and outside and SHE ISNT THERE AT ALL.
in the lab theres:scribe peabody,scribe without name,more scribe, elder,rotchild,garza,doctor lee, bowditch and some guard steel- THATS ALL!
what can i do?
there is a "summon" cheat or something like this?
btw, I GO 100TIMES to the checkpoint that the game says she would be there, i just stand on the checkpoint in any directions you can find your mind, and she doesnt there!

I tried to install the 1.7 patch and it still dont works,
I also tried the command "prid 00672e"
and it write for me that the ID dont found.

help?
I JUST CANT PLAY WITHOUT IT..

already try this one,
it just takes me to the mission, theres alot of deathclaws and i want that control mind to make it easy.

While the DC controller is certainly useful, how bout packing a dart gun if you can't work this out? You can purchase the dart gun schematic from that lady in Tenpenny, can't remember her name. I've found that the dart gun will neutralize those DCs, so that they shuffle towards you, fairly easy to take em down after crippling them.

I'm aware of what mission you are on. I'm saying that if you can't find her, or there is a glitch in your game, that it is entirely possible to go to Old Olney and still kick ass with just a dart gun. Don't need to be rude.

Open the console then type:
prid xx00672e <-- xx is the load order position of Broken Steel the rest is ScribeVallincourtRef, which is the NPC you seek
moveto Player

This should pop Scribe Vallincourt to you.
