To all who can help i need a file processing plugin that actually works my only problem with pluggy is it loads in the game but not the editor. Can some one fix this?

Have you tried to right-click on CS exe and "run as administrator"?

I don't have the ability to run as admin. I lack my fathers password. I am allowed almost full rights. My father is I.T.

Sounds like it may be a path issue with installation. Going to need some more info, YeYe. Let's start with your OS and CS file directory.
