Who can easily be mezzed?

whats best level of energy weapons to make this work successfully all i can seem to manage to do is make people go hostile or has there head go boom ...

are there any people that just cant be mezzed?

is it possible on a 360 to get more than 1 collar (i want to gather like 10 slaves before returning to paradise falls)

does it work on kids (i am going to guess no but i'm asking in the very epic small percent chance that it can be)

Who's Bryan? Dude, you don't need to go looking for him, he finds you. No matter where you are. Kinda like Victoria Watts. After so many plays, I find it hard to believe that you've never met him.
You can Mez all raiders and Enclave, and I've been able to slave a couple of kids from Big Town.

Your success in mezzing someone isn't based on your EW skill. You can get multiple collars via a dialogue glitch with Grouse after you successfully returned one slave. There's no one that's easier to mezz aside from the four NPCs from the Strictly Business quest; success with all others is trial and error... and aside from the four named NPCs from Strictly Business, anyone else that makes it all the way back to Paradise Falls will be removed from the game. Those four go to the slave pens and can be released, although they'll most likely die unless you clear out Paradise Falls beforehand.

what makes the mesmetron stun more often then causes people to go hostile and get killed by anyone else nearby ?

If your target can't be mezzed, it generally just frenzies them. If your target is someone on that list, the effect is stun, frenzy, or head asplosion. It's just a randomly picked effect when you pull the trigger.

well ive frenzied that watts person 25 times before gave up and shot her 6 times in the head and watched it explode ... she had a key i wanted and i coudln't slave her
