"If your setting up base within Vegas, might I ask if your willing to arrange some sort of deal? My boys need all the firepower they can get, and I've heard nothing but good things about the Gun Runners. Tell me, how experienced are your men with .45 Auto, 12.7mm, .22's, and 10mm? And is there any superior firepower your able to craft?"

Who do you think you're speakimg with? *Charles cracks a smile* We are experienced with about every weapon in the area. I would be willibg to sell you some 12.7 and 10mm's, just tell me how maby you need and I can give you a price. And when you talk about superior fire power what do you mean? I'm sure what I consider superior is different from yoir opinion.

Now I do have to ask, with the NCR no longer in our parts and a few of the residents that helped protect our town have either died or left, is there anything you could do to help us with security?

"I wish to make it clear ma'm, that the citizens of Novac will follow our orders when they are located on our territory. You provide us with some of your best and brightest by allowing us to go amongst you people and ask for recruits. We will not force them of course, this is not a conscription. However, any that wish to join you will not hinder. In exchange, the Brotherhood will offer protection to Novac should they be attacked in any manner. Your battles will be our battles."

*McNamara turns to the entire convention*

"This offer goes to any and all wastelanders of the Mojave. While we can not offer protection to any and every community not in our proximity, we will accept recruits should they pass our requirements for fitness, health, and intelligence."
