that would be quite good full auto mode or semi?

Select fire feature would be cool but the following weapons don't have the 50's feel that makes fallout what it is. L85,G36C,M9,MP5 and UMP45. Personally I would like more unorthodox weapons such as a launcher that shoots compressed air tanks or other improvised designs.
