Want to start over (again, for the 2nd time). Need advice ab

After seemingly unlimited amount of disheartening crashes in Gomorrah, I decided to just "**** it" and reinstall... again, not only that but oHUD decided to give me the finger by acting funny, and Legionary Assassins decided that not showing at all is the best punishment

So, I'd like advice about mod installation, because it looks like I did something very wrong here

List of mods that I'd like to install (that are not simple model/texture replacer)
1. DarNUI
2. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34902
3. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/45104
4. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/40040
5. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/37687
6. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/36646
7. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/44757
8. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38589 (for the limb gauges)
9. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39968
10. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42507
11. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/45652
12. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/44666
13. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/40651
14. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38961 to cover all the UI stuff
15. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34832
16. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42499

Questions:
1. Which one should I install first: MTUI or DarNUI?
2. Can I actually use DarNUI and MTUI together? Or have I doomed myself by installing them both?
3. Project Nevada has optional patches for DarnUI and MTUI, which one should I use?
4. Project Nevada has the Inventory Sorting system. Usually I use http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38604 for that. Does Project Nevada's inventory sorting cover DLC items? Or is BIS "better"?

And most importantly:
I need advice about the installation order of all those mods. I think I broke something last time, and seeing as this will be my 5th game without ever reaching the final quest, I really don't want to have to re-install just because something broke, as I'm already tired of starting over and over again without ever actually finishing the game. Of note are the problems in the first paragraph of this post, for refresher:

A ) The Adjustable HUD part of oHUD simple does not work. Also, HUD Extended cannot be turned off
B ) Legion Assassins never spawn. For some of you, they're a hassle, but I want to kill 'em.
C ) I get frequent, and unstable, crashing in Gomorrah, as in I can load the game and within 3 seconds I crash back to desktop. Sometimes I can spend ~3 minutes in it, and then Crash

Those are the reasons I succumbed and do a complete re-install.

I'm really hoping for a bunch of advices here, I'm holding on playing so I can get the best outcome.

Thanks before

Scraqe the HUD. Item sorters in mods will only sort items they reconize and dont sort what they dont.

The gmorrha incendent sounds like u got into a bad cell. If that happens if u can load go and fast travel out. If u can fast travel out then use console commands and place ur self on the other side of the map. Wait 31 days and the cell should reset. If it dosent and u have to do quests then use console commands to place urself at the quest onjectives or npcs or items. If u cant load the game, go to a previous save and go across the map, wait 31 days and then try to enter the area. Also very important, wait inside a building.
