Why dont you look online and find summaries for them? Like, quick introductions. Oh well, ill give em here. I loved FNVs DLC, much better written and played out than FO3s(Though I loved 3s as well) and longer in length too.
Dead Money: You go to a casino that is haunted by its past. A literal "Tourist Trap". Its based on a sort of Horror-Survival type gameplay. I dont think you get to take your armor/weapons inside with you.
Old World Blues: You venture to a mountain research center. An Energy Weapon Users dream playground. There you meet scientists from the Old World, and collect clues about your past, and future. Tons of energy weapon types here. My favorite DLC, in fact.
Honest Hearts: You take a trip to the Grand Canyon. Here you will find warring tribes, as well as a Old Wives tale come to life. You will help settle this dispute. Quite short, but I loved it.
Lonesome Road: You will trek into the Divide. Come to terms with your past, and future, as well as one of your companions past. And thus, wrap up your story as the Courier.
In order, I would play HH->OWB->DM->LR, if you follow the plot of the Courier closely. OWB has a lot of stuff in it that sort of leads to DMs characters, if you search and explore enough, and a character thats prevalent in LR.
I tried not to give any spoilers but just the basic. All are excellent DLC and if I hadnt already bought the regular edition and all DLC seperately, I would have certainly bought the Ultimate Edition. Oh yeah, before I forget:
Gun Runners Arsenal: Adds in a ton of realllyyyy pricey weapons into shops. Strong weapons. But verrryyy pricey. I think one weapon was even 100k caps or something. Also challenges and stuff to complete
Couriers Stash/whatever its called: When you first bought the FNV regular edition new, it came with a code to enter that would give you a starting edge, a "Starter pack", like for one i have has a 10mm (Or is it 9mm?) pistol, some ammo, and an armored vault suit when I first start a new character. Theres four in total I believe. This basically gives you all of them. Sort of helps out.
And thats the complete Ultimate Edition.
