I wonder how tall each one of them would be with real life measurements?

Altmer and Nord are a close match at the tallest.

Well if we assume the average height of an imperial is 5'10", then all you have to do is multiply the modifiers by that base height and you'll get your answer.

For example, if an Altmer has a height of 1.08, then multiply 1.08 * 70" and you get 75.6", or nearly 6'4" for the height of an average Altmer.

We can assume that scale of 1 for races is about two meters or six feet.
So, assuming that, each race has the following (average) height put into our units of measurement.

Altmer- 6 feet, 5 3/4 inches (2.16 m)
Argonian- M: 6 feet, 3/4 inch (2.02 m) F: 6 ft (2 m)
Bosmer- M: 5 feet, 10 1/2 inches (1.96 m) F: 6 ft (2 m)
Breton- M: 6 ft (2 m) F:5 feet, 8 2/5 inches (1.9 m)
Dunmer- 6 ft (2 m)
Imperial- 6 ft (2 m)
Khajiit- M: 6 ft (2 m) F: 5 feet, 8 2/5 inches (1.9 m)
Nord- 6 feet, 2 4/25 inches (2.06 m)
Orc- 6 feet, 3 1/4 inches (2.09 m)
Redguard- M: 6 feet, 9/25 inch (2.01 m) F: 6 ft (2 m)

So, they all average not too far off of 6 feet or 2 meters.

At least in the real world, most people actually fall short of being 6 feet.

Yeah. The hard thing is that we simply don't know what 1.00 scale means in real life units, as it applies to the races. If we had just that, we can then figure out an accurate height for each race.

A rather bold assumption. I'd sooner guess that Bretons and Redguards are based on the average size of Americans during the time Daggerfell was created. It would make the most sense. 2 Meters is a lot...

it's very tall, right. but for the altmer makes sense, Kinda.
