Save Files are fun

Post » Mon Jan 25, 2010 1:39 pm

Basically my brother wants to experience the fun that fallout has to offer, but i dont want him to "accidentally" overwrite my save files like last time (^%#&)

So i was thinking, i know that if you take away your save files from the Fallout3 folder in my documents it wont show up in the game when you click load, until you put i back in again.

So lets say i move my save files to my personal folder while hes playing and vice versa when im playing, in the "Saves" folder in Fallout3 in my documents there are two files; "autosave.fos.bak and my save file "Save 23 - Hetre, The citadel"

When my save out of the folder temporarily so that my bro does not accidentally overwrite it, is it necessary to take the autosave.fos.bak, too or is it some system file for saving that my brother needs present.

I hope this thread gets noticed that that many people help me.

Thanks
