So I'm not sure about that...
But please tell me that the radio in the game has more than 6/7 songs that it keeps replaying all the time and never changes and that I have some bug that doesn't let it play any more :S (either in New Vegas Radio or the other one, Mr. New Vegas talks and then are repeated songs, and in the other one it's just the same soundtrack of 6/7 songs)

I mean come on it can't be that it's even worse than Fallout 3, in that case all the songs were actually really good (I don't want to set the world on fire!), and actually pretty sure they had more..

I really can't stand listening to Johnny Guitar anymore! (But Heartaches by the number is actually good!, other on the other hand aren't much)

If I'm wrong and it's not a bug, I guess there are many Radio Mods out there

It's not a bug, I think there are only like 4 songs in there. Even though I still enjoy them. You can use your own music.

How can you use your own music? O=
By that you mean just putting the music you want in some folder or mods?

I will move this to Mods as that is where the answer is.

New Vegas has 19 tracks compared to Fallout 3's 22, but that 22 included the 3 violin tracks on Agatha's station and the 4 marching band tracks on the Enclave radio.
