Small files are giving a message of:

"File temporarily unavailable
This file has only recently been uploaded to the site. The file server normally takes between 30 - 60 minutes to update with new files so please try downloading this file again after an hour has passed."

This seems to only be affecting newer files.

Someone reported that large files can be downloaded, but only from the DC server.

I couldn't find any notes acknowledging the issue so I fired off the contact form. It came back as sent successfully, but it had logged me out. I logged in and had a message about the e-mail needing to be 30 characters or more to prevent spam (mine was longer) so who knows if it really sent correctly.

I`m getting this as well on several files.I`ve posted the issues on Nexus forums so hopefully it will get looked into in.

What I did, was to when the error message come up, edit the very first part of the URL in the address bar to fs1 instead of fs4. This worked like a charm on half a dozen mods this morning.

FS servers 3-4 seem broken at the moment.
