Becouse you clearelly diden't read my earlier post here are my reasons why it makes lil sence
so broken armour still broken this really pisses me off, medium armour with preaty much the DT of a PA and no bonus great every piece of rag in the game gives you bonus stats but a piece of pre war high end armour gives no bonus i just wish Obsidion would give half the atention to Armours that they give to wepons really :brokencomputer:
allso the meshes on the desert ranger combat armour are all screwed up in first person view when using a carabine or any dual hield wepon the left wrist looks like it has no meat in it looks like a half assed prostetic hand or something
