Redoran:Honor.
Hlaalu-endless Gold.
Telvanni-Items.

They are,in a way,balanced-but because of how easy some of the "rare" items are to get,and how money is limitless by level 15 Telvanni is just better, live with it.

I have played through Morrowind and Tribunal. I never got to Bloodmoon. However, I have uninstalled the game for the time being in favor of the Sims 2. The Sims 2 is another game that gets exremely effing boring fast. So why does everyone buy the stinking expansions? I have em all now. Just some mindless, stupid fun. That is about it.

telvanni items that everyone brags about are overrated, guess it falls back to aryons gloves, for example if I get hold on daedric armor I don?t put feather on them, not all of it at least, the greaves can get feather but not on all of it
are some robe but the telvanni way with murder you manage to murder the owner anyway, you don?t need to be a member for that :P
about a certain bow, the telvanni way of stealing alternatively murder the owner works regardless of you are telvanni or not.
hopelessly overrated the whole house ;)

If it's about the items, then you're playing the Telvanni for all the wrong reasons. Same goes for the Redoran. It's not about doing quests to get loot. It's about being an honorable defender of Morrowind, or a mad amoral wizard.

I usually take all my loot and chuck it in a bin if it's ugly, or display it somewhere if it actually looks unique and interesting. Who needs loot when you're a powerful mage lord? All my best stuff I enchanted myself. Having an ebony staff to enchant is nice of course.

Oh, but I do use Aryon's Dominator. How else am I going to drag all the npcs I've turned into rocks to my tower to make a nice rock garden? (Call that overrated! :P Ok, you actually need to download UL to get a magical dingus that turns npcs into rocks though, and you have to be Telvanni...and before anyone argues that that's OP, it's just a powerful illusion spell. They look like rocks, but they can still do stuff...like kill you, and their disposition drops significantly, so if they already don't like you, they just might try).

Of course the 1000-year-old wizards have the BEST rewards. They are thousands of years old. Hlaalu are just buisness men, and Redoran are just honor over loot.

well i put roleplay over rewards. as long as i play a redguard knight no reward of this world and another will drag me to hlaalu. some redguards are working for telvanni - but i'm a knight, i don't do such things!

When I first started playing this game I didn't have a PC that could handle Morrowind. So I got the xbox version. There was a glitch (or maybe I just missed something, either way I could not figure it out) that wouldn't let me proceed in the Telvanni quests or the Aundae vampire quests. I had all the right requirements, the NPC's simply did not give me any more quests, and I wasn't the leader of the Telvanni. So I just murdered them... all of them :(. Now I have PC and I look forward to retrying the Telvanni quests because I have to admit, I like their style.

You uninstalled the greatest game ever (minus the best expansion) in favor of Sims 2.

When you put it that way, it does sound pretty stupid.

 You thought the expansions stink, but bought them all anyway.

So obviously, sandbox games aren't your thing. Doesn't make them any less popular with other players, who obviously don't find them "effing boring."

But what does that have to do with this thread?

Closed because this thread is making no more progress, and off the tracks more often, than the West Clare Railway.
