okay, so i know that my attributes aren't good enough to advance in House Hlaalu. but now ive done at least 6 missions since my last advancement (I think im 2 or 3 rank). if i grow points in those attributes, and ask for advancement, will i only go up one rank? or can i keep asking and go up a few ranks?

You go up several ranks according to the duties performed and the stats of your char. You have to ask several times though.

If you have sufficient house rep points (basically done enough quests) and your attributes and skills are at the right level you can go up a couple of advancements.
