Magnitude...very appropriate qualification...

I really wish not to be just another "whiner"... however ...

Yes!! The absolute MAGNITUDE of the glitchiness I'm experiencing is amazing.

I've read some of the other posts, and yes this is YACP (yet another complaining post)!

Yes, I DO understand what it takes to develop software of the complexity apparent in the overall game play. I develop complex scenario simulation engines for AI applications. Its difficult and rewarding when you get it right.

Mine is not a complaint, even, about the game play. Yes there appear to be some bugs, but I can live with that...and patches.. :)

However, the problems, beyond the gameplay glitch here and there are in some lower level aspect of the application.

I played FNV over a period of 12 hours yesterday, and it froze up on me 9 times. I've gleened a patterned, and I save frequently, however, its still NO less frustrating.

I will just mention that Im on a 250GB PS3... Ive had this box for over 4 months (or about) with about 65% disk space free. The only one freeze-up ever before was (White Knight Chronicles).

My son and daughter extolled the fun and challenge of the earlier Fallout episodes, as well as Oblivion...so I went for it.

Gameplay wise Im loving it...but with a TON, I mean TONS of frustration!

The game freezes randomly many times a day for me... some times back to back within 5 mins of rebooting my console. First comes the laggy-ness then wait stop running...wait for the disk light to stop flickering, now run...ok its fine...most times that works. But damn!!! Ya mean I cant even run without having to keep glancing at the disk access light? And even when I do pause and let the buffers/caching do its duty, sometimes it hangs anyway!

So frustrating, I made it to 30 and would love to finish and replay, even look forward to additional/downloadable content. However, I'm seriously sceptical at this point and dont know if I'll ever buy any more gamesas games, if this isnt fixed soon. /sigh

I really like the game, but, the freeze-ups alone have just about lost this customer.

You should post there, over 8 pages of bugs and problems. Better put it at the same place if we want the folks at Bethesda to pay attention

Kinda weird though when I called Bethesda's Customer support line they (the guy on the phone) was unaware of most of the bugs I informed him about. Like when your companions weapon gets transfered to your inventory when exiting a casino. I don't think Bethesda is actually reading these forums at all. Maybe we should all start calling in all these problems?

Maybe they're just trying to defend the product and minimize the problems as much as possible, even at the point of outright denial. I've seen that tendency a lot when talking with customer support (in general I mean, I haven't talked with Bethesda. Well, except for a mail regarding FO3, also very buggy, to which I got no reply).

Yes, this is what everyone in this forum that is posting should be doing. Most of the people in here are failing to do so and that's why most of the things won't get fixed until everyone does start. I have done my part in contacting Customer Support.

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1123617-game-updates/ Update right there from yesterday. I would personally recommended calling the technical support number to report your issues as well as posting here in the forums.

I've called 3 times now...and will keep on...every time I find what appears to be a legitimate bug...
